The program consists of visits to Scandinavian organisations and start ups, interactive workshops and meetings with Scandinavian professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs, experiential team-based challenges, facilitated feedback and debrief sessions for personal development and Scandinavian cultural immersion activities.
