About The Program

The I-LEAD is a dynamic and contemporary inter-University and cross disciplinary global immersion program. The program is designed to introduce Australia’s future and emerging leaders to the international best practices in innovation and leadership and to explore global business and cultural landscape. The program consists of visits to various organisations, interactive engagements and meetings with global leaders and professionals, experiential team-based challenges, facilitated debrief sessions and global cultural immersion opportunities.
